 Communication difficulties are a thing of the past with our state of the art conference room. We offer a variety of tools, equipment, and configurations to suit your every need. Need to have a conference call with a satellite office? We offer long-distance calling in a comfortable,  round table setting via a Polycom VTX1000 "Starfish" phone. Want to see your corporate partners face to face? Make a video call using our remote controlled camera, overhead projector and dual plasma screens.  Share data, slideshows, and presentations quickly and easily with our screen-share data port or utilizing our fully equipped IBM Thinkpad laptop. Or, share presentation control quickly using our equivalently equipped PC with wireless keyboard and mouse, making it easy to coordinate presentations.
Our conference facility will easily accomidate ten people, with plenty of power plugs, internet connects and other assorted plugs for each participant,  to make it easy to keep everyone involved.
If you are looking for more traditional presentation methods, we offer two conveniently located dry-erase boards at the head and side of the conference table.
